110 Harbor Road Concept – Architectural Animation

For a month, our agency undertook a 3D building and environmental visualization project using Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine 5. Responsible for the entire process, we tackled a room project, 3D assets, shader creation, lighting, camera, rendering, color grading, and the integration of Metahumans.

Our primary challenge was achieving photorealism while optimizing the render for efficiency. Despite the complexity, our team’s expertise prevailed. The project was successfully completed, showcasing our ability to balance creativity and technical precision.

The result exceeded expectations and has motivated us to continue exploring new frontiers in visual storytelling.
